BioTalent are supporting a world leader within advanced therapies who are searching for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their facility in Massachusetts.
This role is working Sunday-Thursday shift.
You will be responsible for the management and participation in Quality Operations activities and leading a team of Quality Specialists.
This role will offer you:

You will be Responsible for:
- Management of your own QA team - Coach and mentor staff, performance feedback, interviewing
- Department management - Setting KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement
- Managing and coordinating quality operations including CAPAs, Regulatory Compliance, Complaints, Training Systems and Release
- Internal relationships - Liaising with stakeholders and responsible for training growth and development of team
You will bring the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
- Leadership experience
- Strong QA experience within the Biotech / Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience working within a GMP compliant manufacturing facility
